EMBODY YOUR BOUNDARIES
This unique course will approach the theme of “boundaries” through energetic and physical embodiment. Your boundaries create your safe inner sanctuary from where you can be soft, generous, loving, and shine your light into the world.
On this journey you will meet some fears and past hurts, however your outlook will be forward and you will focus on celebrating every liberating step of the way. You will learn to embody Self Worth, so that your boundaries come from there. You will no longer need to please others, bypass your own needs, or put your life on hold.
